Despite embracing his newfound freedom, Horner has made it clear that he still feels a strong connection to Formula 1. He has previously admitted that he has “unfinished business” in the sport and would consider a return if the right opportunity emerged—particularly one capable of delivering success at the highest level.
For now, though, Horner’s surprise new role is that of motorsport observer and advisor, using his extensive experience to explore opportunities across the racing world while remaining one of the most influential figures outside the Formula 1 paddock.
