Ferrari confirmed the absent of Fred vasseur  following a serious health … see details 👇👇

Ferrari have been dealt an unexpected blow ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix after team principal Fred Vasseur was ruled out of attending the event due to health concerns.

The 58-year-old Frenchman will not be present at the famous Monte Carlo circuit as Ferrari continue their pursuit of a first Formula One victory of the season. His absence comes at a critical stage of the championship, with drivers Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc hoping to capitalize on Ferrari’s strong pace around one of the sport’s most iconic venues.

The Italian team confirmed the news in an official statement, revealing that Vasseur had undergone medical examinations and would remain under observation at a local healthcare facility. Ferrari chose not to disclose any further details regarding his condition, citing privacy concerns.

In their statement, the team expressed optimism about his recovery and hoped to see him return to the paddock soon. The announcement immediately prompted messages of support from across the Formula One community, with fans and rival teams alike wishing the respected team boss a speedy recovery.

While Vasseur’s absence is undoubtedly significant, Ferrari remain fully focused on their objectives for the Monaco Grand Prix. The team enters the weekend believing it has a genuine opportunity to secure its first win of the campaign.

Mercedes have dominated much of the season so far, showing impressive speed across a variety of circuits. However, Monaco presents a unique challenge that differs greatly from many other tracks on the calendar. The narrow streets, tight corners, and limited overtaking opportunities place a much greater emphasis on handling and chassis performance rather than outright engine power.

Many within the paddock believe Ferrari currently possess one of the strongest chassis packages on the grid, making them particularly competitive around the demanding Monaco circuit. This could provide a significant advantage for Hamilton and Leclerc as they attempt to challenge for victory.

Leclerc, who enjoys enormous support from his home crowd in Monaco, will be especially motivated to deliver a strong performance. Hamilton, meanwhile, continues to adapt to life at Ferrari and will be eager to secure a breakthrough result in the team’s famous red colours.

Qualifying is expected to play a decisive role in determining the outcome of the race. Due to Monaco’s notoriously difficult overtaking conditions, securing a position near the front of the grid is often the key to success on race day.

Even if Ferrari fail to lock out the front row, their impressive race starts could still provide an opportunity to gain positions when the lights go out. A strong launch off the line may prove crucial before the field settles into the traditional Monaco procession, where passing opportunities become extremely limited.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding Vasseur’s health and his absence from the paddock, Ferrari remain determined to make the most of a weekend that could finally deliver their long-awaited first triumph of the season. All eyes will now be on Hamilton and Leclerc as they attempt to turn the team’s promising pace into a memorable victory on the streets of Monte Carlo.
