Seven-time Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton appears to have finally found his rhythm at Scuderia Ferrari, with the British driver’s carefully assembled support team playing a major role in transforming one of Ferrari’s perceived weaknesses into a surprising advantage.
Hamilton’s blockbuster switch from Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team to Ferrari ahead of the 2025 season was one of the biggest moves in Formula 1 history.
