Antonelli parks up

Antonelli removes his head rest a lot more carefully than his team mate did. A clenched fist to his team follows, but this is a muted celebration compared to the last three – he knows he got a little lucky today.

After being weighed, Antonelli does show a little more emotion, jumping into the arms of his crew who pick him up and cradle the youngster like a baby. He’s young, but he isn’t that young…

Hamilton holds onto second

Hamilton crossed the line half a second ahead of Verstappen there, those two joining the teenager on the podium.

Leclerc was fourth ahead of Hadjar, with Colapinto heading the midfield.

Lawson held onto P7 from Gasly with Sainz and Bearman also scoring for Williams and Haas respectively.

Antonelli makes it four in a row!

Kimi Antonelli has done it again – victory number four, four in a row to boot as the youngster breaks yet more records in Canada. He pushed and harried his team mate, he took the lead multiple times, he locked up and ran wide and once Russell retired, Antonelli checked out.

What a seismic result this could turn out to be.

Who might make a move?

Hamilton is now just two seconds away from fighting with Verstappen. Hadjar is within a second of Leclerc, but has that 10-second penalty to come.

Gasly is just over a second behind Lawson in the fight for P7.
