The accusation came shortly after the race in Melbourne, where Russell delivered a dominant performance to claim victory for Mercedes in the first race of the new season. Verstappen, who finished behind the Briton after struggling with balance issues in his Red Bull Racing machine, suggested that Russell’s pace appeared “too good to be true.”
