Everton’s stadium development project at Bramley-Moore Dock has taken a significant step forward as *Everton Stadium Development Holding Company Ltd.* finalized a deal with Texas-based private equity firm *TDF Capital Management*. The agreement, confirmed by football finance expert Kieran Maguire on 29 September via an X (formerly Twitter) post, marks a key financial partnership for the construction of Everton’s new home.
