Arsenal are still exploring options to bolster their attack before the transfer window closes. Two names have surfaced in connection with the Gunners: Kingsley Coman and Simon Adingra.
While Arsenal’s interest in Coman is notable, the focus has shifted towards Simon Adingra, a promising young winger currently playing for Brighton. Adingra has made a strong impression early in the season, catching the eye of Arsenal’s recruitment team.
Kaya Kaynak, speaking on *The Arsenal Way* YouTube channel, mentioned that acquiring Adingra would likely cost Arsenal around £50 million at this stage in the window. Despite Adingra’s potential and the belief that he would be a valuable addition to Arsenal’s squad, the high asking price makes a deal unlikely in this transfer window. Arsenal have been cautious with their spending this summer, and splurging £50 million on a player who isn’t a regular starter for Brighton might not align with their current strategy.
Given these factors, while Adingra could be a great option for squad depth and future development, it seems more plausible that Arsenal will either wait until next summer to revisit this interest or explore other, potentially more cost-effective options in the remaining days of the transfer window.
