Highly regarded center-back Harley Hunt has signed with Boro after emerging from the Swindon Town Academy. Last season, Harley played a key role in guiding Swindon Town’s Under-18s to the FA Youth Cup quarter-finals, defeating Manchester United and Sunderland along the way. During the same season, the young player made his League Two debut as a substitute in a 2-1 loss to Walsall. He went on to make two more appearances for Mark Kennedy’s team against Grimsby Town and Morecambe. Harley attracted interest from several clubs in the Premier League and Championship, and is now excited about his future as a Boro player.
