Also in the squad are City teammates Jac Thomas and Ronan Kpakio, who started both of the opening two matches.
Jake continued: “There have been a lot of positives to take from both performances. I think Jac and Ronan have both played very well in both games, but Denmark and Austria are quality sides.
“We’ve learned a lot of new things from those games and we’ll be looking to take that into the Croatia game now.”
Croatia, who have drawn both of their first two games, will play Wales in their third group fixture.
Croatia has two points, while Denmark and Austria have four points each.
“They’re going to be another good side so we’re going to have to compete with them,” Jake said.”We want to win this group, so perhaps we can achieve a result.
“We want to finish the camp on a high and it would be great for us as a squad to get a win in this competition.”
