The Celtic support is currently engaged in an ongoing debate regarding the potential permanent signing of Adam Idah. While Idah has scored important goals for the team this season, there are concerns about his overall performance and room for improvement. Recently, it was revealed that Norwich City is asking for a fee of over £6m for Idah’s permanent services, leaving uncertainty about his long-term future with Celtic. As a result, there has been a suggestion for an alternative option in the form of Tommy Conway, a center-forward from Bristol City. Conway, who is 21 years old, has scored 12 goals in various competitions this season, including two in the FA Cup against Premier League team West Ham. He is also an under-21 internationalist for Scotland and is vying for a spot in the senior squad for the Euros. Rotherham manager Steve Evans, who previously recommended Celtic to sign Matt O’Riley, believes that Conway has the potential to succeed in the green and white of Celtic. Evans expressed his confidence in Conway’s abilities and stated that he would be a suitable addition to the team.
