When asked if he would want Celtic to lose the Premiership, McCoist gave an emphatic “No.”I would be comfortable in the bottom three.
“We all basically live for the games we play against each other. I was at the fantastic 3-3 game at Ibrox.
“You missed us when Rangers dropped to the third level, regardless of what anyone says. The Old Firm games are special, which is why you missed them.
“So I understand that – I don’t think Liverpool fans would want Everton to be successful, but they love the games against them, and they would miss the games against them.”

According to reports, the FA Cup final held south of the border will take place the same month as the Scottish Cup final, pitting viewers against one other.
