BREAKING NEWS: Celtic fan groups send critical joint statement to board amid Celtic End refusal

Celtic have announced ticket sales for the Women side’s next Scottish Womens Premier League encounter against Heart of Midlothian at Parkhead on Sunday April 21st.

Following successful turnouts last year, including against Hearts on the final day, where the players were met with the colourful atmosphere of the Celtic End, for which around 15,000 turned up, the club have once again announced that Elena Sadiku’s side will have the opportunity to enjoy the experience once more.

Tickets are priced at £10, while Under-16s go free of charge; meanwhile, there will be free admittance for those who were there at Ibrox in February. Season ticket holders can get briefs for £8.

  • Celtic supporter groups release devastating joint statement

More details on the event have now come to light within a joint statement from Celtic supporter organisations the Green Brigade, the Bhoys and North Curve following news that the Celtic End won’t be permitted like it was last year.

Taking aim at Michael Nicholson and Chris McKay, the groups state that the club have refused to facilitate thousands of fans being behind the goal to cheer the Ghirls on, and they now won’t attend the fixture or the upcoming clash against Hibernian that is also scheduled to be played at Parkhead on May 19th.

In what seems on the face of it like an own goal from the club, the Celtic End’s passion and colour won’t resonate across Parkhead in just under a month’s time, despite the club utilising photographs from last year’s epic moments for their advertising content.
