Their summer budget will be determined by their ability to qualify for the Champions League, which is likely to increase their transfer budget by £20 million.
According to Football Insider (9 March), the club is considering making Silva’s loan move from Wolves permanent over the off-season, however this is contingent on Champions League qualification.
Rangers seek two “top” strikers for the next season.

Silva’s move from Wolves did not contain a buy option, which means Rangers will have to negotiate a fee if they want to sign him permanently.
