Ex-Wolves midfielder Jack Price has signed a short-term contract with Shrewsbury Town that runs through the end of the current campaign.The 31-year-old played 115 games for Wolves, predominantly in the Championship, after graduating from the Molineux academy.Boss Paul Hurst, whose Shrews are currently 17th in League One, stated, “Jack is a player who has played at the highest level.”Price, who was born in Shrewsbury, played Major League Soccer for the Colorado Rapids for the previous five years, but he missed a significant amount of time due to an Achilles injury.In an attempt to get back to full shape, he has been training with his hometown team for the past few months.”Jack is coming back from a long-term injury, but we believe his quality could play a part for us in our remaining games,” Hurst stated.”He hasn’t been around for a while.
