Returns from Luongo and Harness Against Bristol City
Massimo Luongo and Marcus Harness return to the starting lineup for Town’s home match against Bristol City this evening, while Wes Burns is placed on the bench by manager Kieran McKenna.
Luongo replaces Lewis Travis, who drops to the bench, after the latter was unwell and missed Saturday’s 2-0 victory over Plymouth. Harness replaces Jeremy Sarmiento, another substitute, in the attacking trio.
Nathan Broadhead is still out due to a thigh injury sustained in the same game as Burns, who has been out due to a calf strain sustained in the team’s 3-1 victory against Birmingham ten days ago. Burns is on the bench.
Former Blues academy midfielder and coach Liam Manning is limited to seven substitutions. Bristol City makes three changes from the squad that lost 1-0 to Cardiff City at home on Saturday.
