Obviously, he has struggled this season, but Abada was a key figure under Postecoglou, with his direct style and ability to sniff out chances at the back post a major feature of Celtic’s play under the Aussie. At 22, we are talking about a player with huge potential, and to pick him up for a fee in the region of £3.5m would represent a bargain in the current climate.
