Nick Daicos has a strong chance to make history as Collingwood’s 10th Brownlow Medal winner at the 2024 Brownlow Medal ceremony tonight. After an outstanding season, Daicos has already collected multiple accolades, including the AFL Coaches Association Champion Player award and a spot in the All-Australian team. With impressive stats like 30.7 disposals per game and 20 goals, many pundits see him as the favorite, although the final decision lies with the umpires.
Collingwood also has two finalists for the Mark of the Year: Jamie Elliott, with his ANZAC Day leap, and Bobby Hill, whose spectacular Round 14 mark against North Melbourne wowed fans. Daicos is also nominated for Goal of the Year with two standout goals, including his effort against the Gold Coast Suns in Round 16.
