Celtic continued their remarkable form with a dominant 5-1 Champions League victory over Slovan Bratislava, setting the stage for their League Cup quarterfinal clash against Falkirk. The Hoops, with an unbeaten streak across all competitions, are favorites heading into Sunday’s match, while Falkirk, despite their strong start in the Scottish Championship, face a daunting challenge. The Bairns lead the second tier and upset Hearts 2-0 in the previous round, but Celtic’s pursuit of a domestic treble under Brendan Rodgers adds significant pressure.

Predicted Celtic Lineup (4-3-3) vs Falkirk

Goalkeeper:
Kasper Schmeichel, Celtic’s first-choice goalkeeper, is expected to continue between the posts, filling the void left by Joe Hart’s retirement. Despite the presence of Viljami Sinisalo and Scott Bain, Schmeichel’s experience makes him the preferred option.

Defence:
With a busy schedule that includes an upcoming Champions League fixture against Borussia Dortmund, Rodgers may rotate his defense. Anthony Ralston could start at right-back, having come off the bench recently. Auston Trusty might make his full debut alongside Liam Scales at center-back, giving Cameron Carter-Vickers a rest. At left-back, Álex Valle, on loan from Barcelona, could replace Greg Taylor if Rodgers opts to rotate his squad further.
