FIA: Max Verstappen launches new attack on ‘anti-racing’ F1
Max Verstappen has once again sparked debate across the Formula 1 paddock after criticizing what he believes is the increasingly “anti-racing” direction of modern F1 regulations. The reigning world champion did not hold back in his latest comments, arguing that the sport is slowly drifting away from the aggressive wheel-to-wheel competition that made Formula 1 famous around the world.
Speaking after another tense race weekend, Verstappen expressed frustration over how strict racing guidelines, steward interventions, and penalty systems are affecting drivers’ ability to race naturally. According to the Dutch superstar, modern F1 drivers are now forced to think more about avoiding investigations than actually battling on track.
