Rangers will prioritise signing a new striker this summer even if Fabio Silva joins permanently, sources have told Football Insider. Silva’s move from Wolves did not include an option to buy, meaning Rangers will have to go to the negotiating table and sort out a fee if they want to sign him permanently.
