Former Rangers player Sean Goss was spotted among the Rangers fans in Greece, showing support for his former club. Goss, now playing for Asteras Tripolis in Greece, had a stint at Rangers in 2018 and has since played for clubs in the UK before moving abroad in 2023.
Celtic, meanwhile, will face Kilmarnock at Rugby Park. Killie’s manager, Derek McInnes, acknowledged the challenge Celtic presents, praising the “devastating” speed of their play, especially following their recent 3-1 Champions League win over RB Leipzig. McInnes mentioned that although Leipzig had moments of success in pressing Celtic, the Hoops managed to adapt and close out the game with a mature performance. His focus for Sunday is on maintaining a tight, organized defense while still bringing their own game to the field.
Celtic remains joint top of the table alongside Aberdeen, and both teams will aim to secure wins heading into the international break.
